Setting company profile directory with questions to candidates

A sample profile would look something like the below:

DoSelect is mushrooming. Apart from introducing everyone to new innovations and ideas, we are also employing numerous people from diverse domains, especially the youth. DoSelect taking the plunge and entering our world can be an exciting proposition:

1. Responsibilities are more but you learn more too
2. Loads of opportunities
3. The pioneering mindset of innovative people around
4. You will be challenged but work will be recognized
5. Lively work environment

To create or edit it:

• Go to your dashboard and click on your profile.
• Scroll down the menu popped up and click on Team settings, navigate to the profile tab.
• This would have opened a profile directory, make your edits.
• Write why you want to work for a company.
• Click Save Changes when you’re done!
