DoSelect Integration with Darwinbox

DoSelect Integration with Darwinbox enables recruiters to use assessments to screen and shortlist relevant applicants.  Post this integration, users can trigger DoSelect assessments for a candidate and view results from Darwinbox.

Steps to Set up DoSelect - DarwinBox Integration

Enable the Darwinbox Integration by logging into DoSelect Platform > Team Settings > Integrations > “Darwinbox”

Enable Darwinbox Integration with a click of a button and save the setting

Once the Darwinbox Integration is enabled, generate the “Darwinbox API Key”

Share the API Key and API Secret with the SPOC at Darwin box. The Darwinbox SPOC will share a set of details which you have to input in the DoSelect > Team Settings > Darwinbox section

• Darwinbox Webhook URL
• Darwinbox Webhook API Key
• Darwinbox Username
• Darwinbox Password

Once these details are added and saved in the provided section the integration setup is complete. You can now Invite the candidates to an assessment & view their results in the Darwinbox.

Share the details of the Assessment Name and the  Assessment ID as a CSV with the Darwinbox SPOC. 

Login to your Darwinbox account using your user credentials.

Navigate to the Recruit module from the Darwinbox dashboard

Navigate to the Job Openings and select a candidate from the list of “All candidates”

A user can trigger an assessment for candidates in the “Assessment Stage” using the “Schedule” option.

Select the “Assessment”,  “Start Date”, “End Date” and “Schedule” the assessment for the candidate

Once the candidate is scheduled for the assessment, recruiters have the option to cancel the assessment as well

Once the candidate attempts the assessment, the admin can see the assessment score and the DoSelect Assessment link.
