Support Information:
Provide contact information of a point of contact to the candidates who take your tests. These details will be shown in the invitation email and the test environment.
Email allows candidates to efficiently manage communications in ways that fit into their time and scheduling. It is a key factor in having an effective connection.
- Go to your dashboard and click on your profile.
- Scroll down the menu popped up and click on Team settings, navigate to the Configure tab.
- This would have opened a directory.
- Click on the Support Information instructions tab.
- You will see the Email option under Support Information.
- Provide us with an email so as to connect with candidates.
- Click Save Details at the end and you are done.
